Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima have been sworn in as the president and vice-president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
They were sworn in on Monday at the Eagle Square in the federal capital territory (FCT). The Chief Judge of Nigeria, Justice Kayode Ariwoola administer the oath of office on the two leaders in the presence of the wives, the outgoing president Muhammadu Buhari, his deputy Yemi Osinbajo and other foreign leaders at about 10;30am and 10;45am respectively.
