Rivers United will know their quarter-final opponent in the CAF Confederation Cup on Tuesday, 12 March 2024.
This was revealed in a communique released by CAF today (Tuesday).
The football body also disclosed that the quarter-final draw for the Champions League will also hold on 12 March.
Rivers United are the only Nigerian club remaining in CAF’s club competitions.
The Port-Harcourt-based club finished second (12 points) in Group C to progress into the last eight.
Qualification into the next round was achieved after a hard fought 2-1 win against Ghana’s Dreams FC on Sunday.
Dreams FC (12 points) also progressed despite the defeat as they topped the group on superior goals.
