Lagos socialite and financial technocrat, Otunba Wale Soyode FCA has congratulated Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu as the new Seriki of Iperu Land in Ogun State.
In a press statement signed by Otunba Soyode, a copy of which was made available to our correspondent, the financial expert expressed ultimate confidence in Otunba Adebutu’s leadership style, especially in his new role as the Seriki of Iperu Land.
Soyode described Adebutu as a complete gentleman, a politician of note and businessman of repute that is more qualified for the new position, adding that the indigenes and residents of Iperu Land are lucky to have such a figure as the new Seriki.
According to Otunba Soyode who himself is a socialite, the new Seriki is not new in this terrain, having being conferred as with the chieftaincy title of Otunba Fiwagboye of Owode land, and his wife as Yeye Adenike Omolola by the Olu of Owode land, Oba Matthew Sunday Akindele, for his immense contribution to the Yewaland and Ogun State a few years ago.
Soyode said, “Ladi is the favourite son of Chief Kessington Adebukunola Adebutu, the billionaire owner of Premier Lotto, otherwise known as Baba Ijebu. Ladi, was a member of the House of Representatives and has been honoured with several chieftaincy titles in Yoruba land, such as Okanlomo of Iperu Remo land, Aruwajoye of Ode Remo and Otunba Nawo Ola of Odogbolu, among other titles. ‘
With the latest title now, Soyode noted that youth and responsible adults within and outside Ogun State are continually identifying the importance of Adebutu as a leader. “I rejoice with him on this new status,” Soyode said.
