Nigerian universities vice chancellors say varsities can reopen

There are discordant tunes form the nation’s universities over the planned resumption and COVID -19 surge.
While members of the academic union ASUU are not comfortable with the resumption on the ground that it is not safe against the virus, vice chancellors of some federal and state universities in Nigeria have expressed readiness to reopen schools.
For them there are provision for safety protocols to protect the community.
