President Muhammadu Buhari has performed the groundbreaking of the Kano-Katsina-Maradi rail line despite reservations expressed by some Nigerians.
The President, who took part in the ceremony virtually from State House, Abuja, expressed the hope that the line would help Nigeria key into benefits accruing from the African Continental Free Trade Area.
