Delta undeveloped lands: state govt threatens to revoke allocation

THE Delta Government has given owners of lands acquired from it in urban areas for over two years, three months to develop such lands or risk the revocation of the Certificate of Occupancy

The Commissioner for Information, Charles Aniagwu who gave the warning deplored the attitude of some PEOPLE who acquired land from the state government and have failed to develop them.

He explained that the decision of government on the issue is not to witch-hunt anybody but make the state safe

MISTER Aniagwu said the state government had decided to invoke section 5 of the Land Use Act to drive the process.
