Nigeria’s Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo has said the Federal government through the Department of Petroleum Resources has developed a framework that will help evolve artisanal oil refiners of petroleum products and help organise the operations of Modular refineries in the country.
He was speaking at the opening ceremony of the National Summit on the Integration of Artisanal/Modular Refinery Operations into the downstream oil and gas sector.
