Oil export: NNPC says revenue drops by 98% in April

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has said crude oil export proceeds plunged by NINETY EIGHT per cent in April, compared to March.

The NNPC said in a report that the total revenue from crude oil exports in April fell to SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE MILLION NAIRA FROM THE THIRTY FIVE BILLION NAIRA IN GENERATED IN MARCH.

The corporation said it lifted SEVEN POINT SIX TWO billion barrels of crude oil in March, compared to TEN POINT SEVEN NINE billion in February, and exported SIXTY SIX POINT SEVEN million barrels.
