Graham-Douglas, Former Minister Dies at 82

A prominent politician from Rivers State and former minister of Aviation as well as former minister of youths, sports, and culture, Alabo Tonye Graham-Douglas is dead.

Graham-Douglas, was appointed Nigeria’s Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture in NINETY EIGHTY NINE, then Minister of Aviation during General Ibrahim Babaginda’s cabinet.

In 1999, he was appointed Minister of Labour and Productivity, and in 2000, Minister of Tourism in the Olusegun Obasanjo cabinet, leaving office in January 2001.
