As Russia’s war against Ukraine rages on, the Gambia says the repercussions of the war threaten its economic and social stability.
This was contained in the Country report presented on Thursday during a session of the Ecowas Parliament in Abuja by The Gambian delegation.
The Presenter, Alhagie Darbo said 2023 growth forecast for The Gambia has now being downgraded.
Gambia’s economy was projected to grow by six percent in 2022 but this has now being downgraded.
Inflation is also at a thirty year high.
