A Development Economist, chartered accountant and management consultant Mr. Tony EPELLE has emphasised on the need for every youths to learn vocation while trying to pursue formal education.
He said this on Tuesday on Silverbird Newshub, in which he encouraged Nigerians to consider Skill acquisition alongside basic education.
According to him, to build a strong economy and reduce the rate of unemployment in the country, it is advisable that students from their primary to tertiary level must embrace a particular skill to boost their entrepreneurial orientation.
As he put it, “”I’m not saying they should not pursue their degrees, but it is good that they also learn a vocation.””
