Mmesoma’s Father Faults JAMB Over Result Forgery

Mr. Romanus Ejikeme, the father of Joy Mmesoma Ejikeme,  has come out in strong defence of her daughter who was accused of forging her Unified Matriculation Tertiary Examination score.

Ejikeme faulted the claim by the examination body, saying his daughter had always been a brilliant student

On saturday, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, issued a statement and accused Joy Mmesoma Ejikeme, a student of the Anglican Girls Secondary School, Nnewi of manipulating her score through a manual process and re-uploading the alleged new score into its website.

But father of the accused, Romanus Ejikeme in an interview insists that the board claim was false and should be held liable for any mix up.

According to JOY MMESOMA, on a viral video she said she did not manipulate any figure with her results as she had always been a bright student right from her primary schools days.

Meanwhile, Mmesoma had today confirmed the receipt of a message from JAMB showing she scored 249 as against the 362 she claimed.

With this development, Umeh Precious who is also from Anambra state and scored 260 has been declared the overall high score in the 2023 JAMB.
