Presidential Petition: LP Appears With Only One Witness

The Labour Party (LP) on Monday opened its defence with a low start, calling it’s first witness before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC)

During proceeding, the court had sought to know how many witnesses they have in court for the commencement of their case, but the lawyer to the petitioner said only one witness.

The Labour Party had earlier said it has fifty witnesses prompting the to allocate three hours for the hearing in the petition on Monday.
