The Economic Community of the West African States has tilted more towards a diplomatic solution to address the crisis in Niger Republic.
At the 48th Extraordinary Session on the crisis in Republic of Niger today in Abuja, ECOWAS reiterated its commitment to political and diplomatic solutions to the ongoing impasse with the military usurpers, while reaffirming that the military option remains on the table.
