Breaking: Tribunal Reserves Judgement in APM’s petition Against Tinubu, Shettima

The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has deferred decision on the Allied People’s Movement petition against President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima until a future date that will be made public.

APM, among others, is requesting that Tinubu’s election be declared invalid because his running partner, Kashim Shettma, was ineligible to run after allegedly engaging in a double nomination.

On Friday morning, after the parties adopted their final written addresses, the presiding justice of the court, Justice Haruna Tsammani, declared that the judgement is reserved until a time that will be made known to the parties.
