Chicago State University Confirms Tinubu Attended Institution, Graduated in 1979
The Chicago State University (CSU), yesterday, confirmed that President Bola Tinubu attended the university and graduated in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree.
The university made this disclosure in a statement provided to CBS News, one of America’s largest and most well-known news networks, also known as CBS Broadcasting Inc.
However, it emphasised that federal law in the United States restricts it from disclosing any additional information about Tinubu’s record without permission or unless permitted by a court order.
The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 election, Atiku Abubakar, claimed that the records proving that Tinubu graduated from Chicago State University in 1979 were falsified and used this claim as justification for overturning Tinubu’s election victory.
