Federal University Workers Demand Payment Of Four-Month Withheld Salaries
Non-teaching members of staff across universities in the country have appealed to the President, Bola Tinubu, to come to their aid in the payment of their four-month withheld salaries by the immediate past administration.
The employees, speaking on behalf of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU), requested the fund’s availability during their National Executive Council meeting. They claimed that this would enable their members to celebrate Christmas as expected.
