Ogun state governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has expressed his profound gratitude to the people of Ogun state and the All Progressives Congress (APC), over his affirmation as the governor of the state by the Supreme Court.
A five-member panel of the court, in a unanimous judgment a moment ago, dismissed the appeal by Oladipupo Adebutu, who was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last governorship election in Ogun State.
Reacting to the judgment of the Supreme Court on his X page on Friday, January 19, the governor vows to serve the people of Ogun state diligently

This confirmation provides undeniable evidence that the citizens of Ogun State bestowed this mandate upon us, entrusting us with the responsibility of creating a more prosperous and harmonious society for all.
