Soldiers Go After LASTMA Officers in Lagos
Some soldiers stormed Lagos metropolis early Monday to attack officers of the state Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA.
Though the reason for this assault is still being investigated, it was gathered that the soldiers were on a revenge mission over the molestation of one of their colleagues by some LASTMA officers.
Our correspondent learnt that a soldier was beaten by some LASTMA officers at Ketu area of Lagos on Saturday.
In a reprisal attack t was gathered that soldiers stormed the Lagos streets in search of LASTMA officers who attacked their colleagues.
In the process the soldiers had descended on any LASTMA officer seen on the road.
In videos which surfaced online on Monday, soldiers were seen in different areas including Ojota beating up a LASTMA officer.
